The Servant 1963

Writer's picture: FilmKnightFilmKnight

I was quite taken with this one. The performances were excellent across the board and I especially liked the ending. I will not review but I was surprised how, in terms of it's themes of class equality and incognito 'home invasions', it put me in mind of the Page Turner ((2006) which I had watched just a few days prior) and of the now legendary foreign language best picture Oscar winner Parasite (2019)

Am I the only one who found these three comparible?
